Return Costs
For product returns of stock material (with carriage paid return), a 25% return fee – or a minimum of EUR 40.00 – will be charged. This only applies to merchandise in acceptable condition. Custom-made products may not be returned.
Related costs such as freight, packing, certificate fees, etc. cannot be reimbursed.
